We are pleased to announce that Critical Reviews™ in Immunology has peer-reviewed and published our 3rd paper where we describe how the SPIRAL model, a unique antigen-specific interpretive framework, provides a mechanism for the control of pathological T helper responses by Foxp3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs). We are pleased to share that part 3 of the SPIRAL model has now been published as a preprint. In this paper we explore the connection between pathological T helper (Th) responses and pre-existing cross-reactive memory T cells. To read click SPIRAL 3.

The Scandinavian Journal of Immunology has peer-reviewed and published our 2nd paper on the SPIRAL model. In this paper we explore the mechanism of Foxp3+ regulatory T cell (Treg) development in the thymus and how this process could be linked via cross-reactivity to subsequent immunopathologies. To read the abstract click SPIRAL 2.
